EmailJS: We use EmailJS to send the information from the contact form directly to our email. This ensures that your request is transmitted securely.
Manufacturing Partner and Shipper: Since the products are manufactured and shipped directly from our partner in Italy, we share the necessary information (name, address, and phone number) with them. Since Minkeramikk.no is the importer of record for the shipment, your information will also be used in the customs documentation to ensure proper customs clearance into Norway, so that you, as a customer, avoid additional import costs.
Storage and Security We store your information for as long as necessary to complete your order and comply with legal requirements (such as accounting). We never sell your information to third parties.
